Draft. This page is placeholder text and has not yet been reviewed or approved by the MESRRA Board.
Who we are
This portal (mesrra.org) is run by the Mountain Estates Saddle Ridge Road Association (“MESRRA”), a road association of property owners in Bellvue, Colorado.
What we collect
When you register, we collect:
- your username, email address and password (the password is stored only as a secure hash);
- your property address, Larimer County parcel ID and the name on the deed, so the board can confirm you own property in the association.
As a member, we also store what you add to the portal: map points and descriptions, service suggestions, votes you cast, and dues and payment records for your parcel.
Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or session recording, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
Because we do no cross-site tracking, there is nothing for a browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal to turn off.
How we use it
- to verify membership and run your account;
- to keep the dues ledger and run association votes;
- to send association notices to your email address;
- to keep the portal secure.
Who can see it
Board members can see your registration details, your parcel's ledger and the portal's records. Other members can see your username alongside content you post. Announcements, the road map and For Sale listings are public.
We use service providers to run the portal: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Cloudflare (network and security). If online dues payment is added, card payments will be handled by Stripe and card numbers will never reach our servers.
We do not sell your information. We may disclose it if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep account information while you are a member. Ledger and voting records are association records and are kept as long as the association's governing documents and Colorado law require. [Board to confirm retention periods.]
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing [board contact email]. Some association records, such as the dues ledger, may need to be kept even after an account is closed.
Children
The portal is for property owners and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and post an announcement for significant changes.
