By creating an account or using mesrra.org, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. These terms do not change the association's bylaws, covenants or other governing documents, which control if there is any conflict.

Member accounts are for owners of property within the association, 18 or older. The board verifies ownership before activating an account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Please don't:

• post anything false, harassing, defamatory, or that you don't have the right to share;
• post other people's personal information without their permission;
• scrape the site, run automated queries or vulnerability scans, or try to get around access controls;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the portal's operation.

The board may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

Road conditions, the map, the services directory and the buyer's guide are provided for general information only. They are not legal, financial, real-estate or engineering advice. Check important details, such as property boundaries or road conditions, yourself.

The official record of dues and votes is kept by the board. If the portal and the board's records differ, the board's records control.

The board may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that no longer belongs to a current property owner.

The portal is provided “as is” by volunteers. To the extent allowed by law, the association is not liable for losses arising from use of the portal or from it being unavailable. [Board to review with counsel.]
